@nflwashcommanders is the Washington Commanders fan page that I started in July of 2014, when I was just 10 years old. 10+ years and 65,000+ followers later, it has become my passion project, and the grounds on which I discovered my love for content creation. Below are some highlights, and a link to my feed.
Get Down On It
The "Get Down On It" victory celebration has become tradition after every Washington win. I've been running it since 2020, quite literally by popular demand.
The Big Leagues
One of my favorite moments from the 2024-25 season was (potentially!) influencing the NFL on FOX to play "Get Down On It" during the Commander's Week 16 meeting with the Eagles.
50k & Counting..
January 6th, 2025 -

"What a year, man. During yesterday’s game, this page reached 50,000 followers.

When I started this account in 2014, I was just 10 years old. At the time, it was just an outlet for me to support (and often vent) about my favorite team. In the 11 years since, it’s become so much more and reached heights I wasn’t even aiming for. It’s humbling and touching to think about how many of you have grown with me, this team, and this page over the years.

It’s an incredibly special time to be a Commanders fan, and we all deserve it. This team just won 12 games for the first time in my life, and I know I’m not the only one. Cheers to a new era and to continued success in the playoffs. It’s been a special season from the beginning. Thank you guys for making it even more special. 🙏🏾"
The Ones Who Waited
When the Commanders beat the Buccaneers in the 2024-25 Wild Card, it marked the franchise's first playoff win in 19 years. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the fans who had been through it all.
"If you find yourself asking what we did to deserve this… the answer is EVERYTHING. 💯"
Thread Thursday
A true OG: I launched "Thread Thursday" as a weekly content series in 2019 and saw immediate success. I still return to it every once in awhile, for old time's sake.
The Archives
"The Archives" is a series that I ran in 2023, specifically highlighting former Washington players. It was incredibly well received, garnering plenty of engagement from fans and former players alike.
The below posts highlight the success that I've had using the Instagram Reels format. Fair warning, they're NSFW (language).
